Interim Financial Accounting Manager (FTC)

As the Interim Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory, intercompany, and distributor accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support effective business decision-making. You will lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment while maintaining high standards across all accounting processes. You will also support senior finance leadership with financial close activities, team development, and key finance projects, particularly during quarter-end periods

.Key Responsibilitie

• sLead general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance activities across relevant entities
• .Oversee distributor and inventory accounting processes across multiple markets
• .Review, approve, and reconcile intercompany transactions, resolving variances and ensuring balances are cleared promptly
• .Support regional finance projects and strategic initiatives
• .Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to the General Ledger team
• .Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• .Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls

.Skills & Experienc

• eQualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification experience
• .Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and FRS 102
• .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• .Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; knowledge of Oracle and/or Hyperion is advantageous
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
• .Experience managing inventory, intercompany, and distributor accounting activities
