Marks Sattin is partnering with a major international organisation on a confidential search for an experienced Treasury Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of liquidity strategy, cash forecasting and treasury operations within a complex, high‑profile environment.
In this role, you’ll lead the organisation’s treasury strategy, liquidity management and operational treasury activity, working closely with senior Finance and Investment stakeholders. You’ll shape policy, strengthen controls, and ensure the organisation’s long‑term funding requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing treasury policy and leading short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasting
- Managing liquidity and ensuring alignment with wider investment and funding strategies
- Analysing cash flow trends and identifying risks, including FX and interest rate exposure
- Supporting hedging strategies and financial risk management
- Overseeing treasury operations including banking relationships, mandates and governance
- Leading a small treasury team and driving continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- ACT Diploma (or equivalent treasury qualification)
- Strong experience in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Proven ability to manage banking partners and treasury providers
- Experience leading or developing a team
- Confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Exposure to investment‑linked cash flows or financial risk management is a bonus
