Finance Transformation Analyst (12-Month FTC)

We are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of strategic finance initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This is a high-profile role, reporting to the Head of Finance Systems and Change, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements across finance systems, processes, and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support finance transformation and process improvement projects from planning through to delivery
- Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across finance systems and workflows
- Engage and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business
- Support UAT and pre-production testing for key finance initiatives
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and access management processes
- Analyse end-to-end data flows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing and future change programmes
About You:
- 5+ years experience
- Strong background in finance transformation, audit, and controls
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with data tools (e.g. Tableau, Python) and exposure to large-scale transformation programmes would be advantageous.
