Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Empire Industrial Estate, LE4 6BY
Type: Part-Time – 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Monitoring overdue accounts and credit limits
- Producing aged debt reports
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Skills and Attributes
- Previous experience in retail credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
