Salesforce Automation Tester - Banking
Excellent role for an experienced Salesforce Automation Test Engineer to support a major technology and digital transformation programme within a leading UK bank
.You will play a key role in testing new Salesforce features and business-critical developments, working closely with UK and international development teams to ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard, at pace and with appropriate governance
.This is a hands-on contract role for an automation specialist who can build effective testing frameworks, support agile delivery teams and provide rapid feedback throughout the development lifecycle

Key responsibiliti
- esBuild, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce application
- s.Write and execute automated test scripts for new features, enhancements and release
- s.Test Salesforce functionality, ideally within a Financial Services Cloud environmen
- t.Perform API testing and system integration testing across complex technical environment
- s.Develop release-specific test strategies, test plans, test approaches and traceability matrice
- s.Own test estimation, test design, test execution, defect management and progress reportin
- g.Maintain regression packs and ensure appropriate automated and manual test coverag
- e.Work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and support feature sign-of
- f.Capture test evidence and maintain clear documentation using Jira and Confluenc
- e.Monitor CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures and support resolution of test and build issue
- s.Support SIT, regression testing, UAT and acceptance testing in line with bank standard
- s.Follow a shift-left testing approach and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processe
- s.Ensure testing meets internal governance, quality and regulatory expectation
