Job Description
I am currently partnering with a leading live Entertainment brand who are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner (ACCA/CIMA qualified) to join their team in London (Hybrid). This role plays a pivotal part in supporting both Finance and Commercial teams by delivering high‑quality financial insight, modelling, and analysis to drive profitable growth and informed decision‑making.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance, contributing to new business evaluations and performance improvement across a diverse portfolio of events and venues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide commercial financial analysis and modelling to support new business, renewals, and client retention activity
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue and profitability
- Analyse performance across events and venues, producing clear reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment between financial plans and commercial objectives
- Evaluate financial impacts of operational changes and business initiatives to improve margins and efficiency
- Maintain and improve financial data quality, systems, and reporting tools to enable better decision‑making
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience within a similar commercial role within industry and/or experience across financial modelling within a leading firm. You will possess excellent analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex financial data. The nature of the role will require those with exceptional communication skills in order to challenge and influence a range of stakeholders.
