Location: PGR Accountants, Belfast Office

Job Title: Tax Supervisor

Job Spec: The post holders duties will include:

• Preparation of personal tax returns and assisting with the delivery of the personal tax work plan
• Preparation and review of corporation tax returns
• Assisting with Making Tax Digital delivery using digital software
• Assisting with VAT reviews & registrations
• Reviewing delivery of payroll services to a portfolio of clients
• Ensuring compliance and assisting / training junior staff
• Assisting the Tax Partner with ad-hoc advisory tasks

Requirements:

• Candidates should be a qualified tax technician or working towards completing CTA exams
• Work experience in a tax department within a practice environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and a team player

Benefits & Remuneration:

• Starting salary from £32,500 depending on experience
• Digital accounting firm with progression opportunities
• Study support (if appropriate)
• Office hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Thurs, 8am to 1pm Friday
