Investment Banking Analyst - Generalist

Pearse Partners have partnered with a global Investment Bank who are assisting with hiring within their Generalist team. The team offers cross-border M&A advice for mid/large cap transaction. This is a growth hire for the team due to the strong deal flow coming into 2025. Main sector focus will be across Tech, Services, Healthcare and Consumer

Role and Responsibilities

• Production of pitches and investment memoranda
• Production of integrated financial models, financial analyses and business valuations
• Build and evaluate financial models
• Provide support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Production of sector, business and capital market analyses as well as business profiles

Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking/ corporate finance/ M&A
• In-depth knowledge of valuation, accounting, financial instruments, and M&A concepts
• Financial Modelling experience
