Investment Operations Associate

Our client, an award winning Financial Services Firm is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join their Bath-based team.

About the Role:

• Process a range of investment operations activities, including asset trading, trade settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividend processing, and asset onboarding
• Perform transactional processing accurately and efficiently while ensuring service standards and customer outcomes are met
• Execute key operational controls and undertake checks of critical processes to maintain accuracy, compliance, and risk management standards
• Investigate and resolve operational queries and exceptions in a timely manner
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investment houses, fund managers, and other third-party providers
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality investment operations support

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well individually and as a part of a team to achieve team and personal objectives
• Strong data and analytical processing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Self-Motivated and pro-active
• Willingness to learn
