MCS are looking for an Accounts Technician or experienced bookkeeper to join this well reputed mid-tier practice.

the Rewards:
As the successful Accounts Technician you will receive:
- Salary up to £36,000
- Health insurance
- Life assurance (4x salary)

The Role:
As the successful Accounts Technician you will be responsible for:
- Work extensively with Xero and support clients with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements
- Work with a portfolio of SME clients
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, Bank reconciliations and income returns
The Person:
As the successful Accounts technician you meet the following criteria:
- ATI qualified or an experienced bookkeeper
- proficient experience in Xero
- experience in practice is desirable but not essential
- cross border experience is desirable but not essential
