Our client is seeking a talented M&A Healthcare Managing Director to join a dynamic and innovative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-impact M&A transactions within the healthcare sector, driving transformative deals that advance medical technology and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the medtech and life sciences sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
- Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry experts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on medtech or life sciences.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and originating M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
