In this exciting role, you’ll work on M&A deals across a variety of sectors, contributing to every stage of the deal cycle. You’ll focus on mid-market transactions, oversee and mentor junior team members, and manage critical aspects of the deal process. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing M&A assignments with precision and professionalism.
• Creating high-quality client marketing materials, such as confidential information memorandums and management presentations for sale transactions.
• Managing due diligence activities to ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
