Finance Business Partner

Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for a well-known name in the Entertainment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international group.

They are looking to appoint a Business Partner – Operations & Retail to deliver impactful analysis and drive data-led decision-making, and drive performance across the Operations and Retail teams.

You will manage reporting, planning, analysis, and business case development reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, and collaborate closely with senior leadership, directly influencing customer experience and revenue growth.

Skills/experience required:

• Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills
• Desirable: Power BI
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Experience working with operations and/or retail teams preferred

Main responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders in Operations and Retail to provide high-quality support and analysis
• Build and improve reporting on site-level operational and commercial performance
• Develop business cases and models for initiatives across retail, operations, energy, and people
• Create and maintain data sets and flows for use across the function
• Develop and implement robust reporting for F&B trends, performance, and optimisation
• Analyse operational performance including staffing, service levels, and site efficiency
• Support cross-functional teams to improve automation and tech integration
