Role: Commercial Finance Manager
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum & benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)
Do you want to work for a global entertainment/media business? An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the finance team of a great organisation. This is a purely commercial role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and to make a real impact on the business.
This is a high‑impact commercial finance position where you’ll work at the heart of the business. You’ll partner with commercial leaders, shape performance reporting, lead forecasting cycles and provide insight that drives revenue, efficiency and strategic decision‑making.
Key Duties:
- Strategic commercial support: serving as a key advisor to senior commercial leadership and collaborating closely with teams across the revenue organisation to guide decision‑making
- Performance insight development: building a deep working knowledge of metrics and the indicators that drive commercial outcomes
- Financial planning leadership: owning the end‑to‑end forecasting and budgeting cycles for various income streams
- Reporting framework design: creating, refining, and maintaining financial and KPI reporting structures that support clear, data‑driven performance tracking
- Cross‑functional finance coordination: partnering with finance teams in multiple locations to ensure reporting integrity and alignment
- Analytical deep‑dives: carrying out detailed analysis to uncover revenue patterns, cost drivers, emerging risks, and areas for commercial improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 2/3 years PQE
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with non‑finance teams
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple departments
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving improvements
- Proactive and commercially minded
