Director, Credit & Asset Management – Commercial Real Estate

I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an individual to lead a team of Asset managers responsible for the management of UK and European commercial real estate loans.

Responsibilities include:

· Collaborating closely with the in-house AM team and legal department of clients, examining pertinent finance documents before loan closure and throughout the loan's duration.

· Developing financial models, scheduling subsequent conditions, milestones, and notable loan events, while also furnishing borrower reporting as outlined in the applicable finance documents.

· Engaging with borrowers, Facility Agents, and their representatives to ensure accurate and timely submission of required reporting and other information specified in the finance documents.

· Assessing waiver requests from Borrowers, contributing to the analysis and underwriting efforts to comprehend the impact on the Client, and presenting recommendations to the Credit team.

· Examining accuracy in draft transfers, draft waterfalls, and Agent/Borrower calculations while maintaining accuracy.

The successful candidate will experience in loan management and have European commercial real estate finance sector. You must also have advanced experience with Excel and financial modelling.
