Paragon Brand Services are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders, providing the financial insight and strategic support needed to drive performance and sustainable growth. About the Role
As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll combine financial expertise with a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping decisions, improving processes, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Report
- Analyse gross margin, variable costs, and profitability to identify trends and opportunities
- Track KPIs and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Streamline and enhance financial processes
- Improve reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement & Leaders
- Present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, impactful way
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence strategic decision
- Support senior finance leadership and mentor junior team members
Delivering
- Monthly and quarterly management reports with insightful commentary
- Variance analysis and identification of cost and revenue drivers
- KPI dashboards tailored to business units
- Regular financial reviews with senior stakeholders
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel capability and Power BI would be advantageous
- Financial modelling and analytical capability
- Proven experience in management accounting
- Commercially astute with the ability to drive business performance
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading change and improving processes

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay range and compensation package
This is a hybrid role 2-3 days per week in office - Moorgate/Liverpool Street. Salary £60-75K experience dependant.
