Client Relations Executive

Location: Reading

£36k Base + OTE £80K - £120K

20 Holidays + Bank Holidays + 2 weeks holiday fully paid over Christmas

Competitive commission structure - Earn up to 5% of monthly billings (Top performers are taking home 120k annually)

2 weeks fully paid holiday over the Christmas period

Shifts/Hours

2 shift patterns to choose from:

10am - 6pm or

12pm - 8pm

4 hours required every other Saturday (twice monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Executive, you will assist clients in navigating the real estate market to achieve their investment goals. Key responsibilities include:

Providing Expert and Factual Advice: Offering insights on the property investment market to help clients make informed decisions.

Client Pipeline Development: Identifying potential clients that meet specific needs and compliance requirements.

Presenting Ethical Strategies: Conducting calls and showings to showcase potential investments.

Negotiating Deals: Assisting clients in negotiating investment terms, pricing, and other key details.

Closing Transactions: Supporting clients through the closing process, ensuring legal and financial compliance.

Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with investment trends to provide accurate, timely advice.

Networking: Building relationships within the industry to generate leads and gain insights.

Providing Guidance: Assisting clients with paperwork and ensuring timely document submission.

Maintaining Relationships: Keeping clients informed and fostering long-term relationships throughout the investment process.

Converting and Closing Leads: Convert ONLY warm leads using negotiation skills

The Ideal Investment Sales Consultant:

Essential Skills:

1 year sales experience

Self-motivated and Results-Driven

Strong communication and sales skills

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Desirable Skills:

Property or Investment sales experience
