Finance Data Reporting Manager - Wealth Management

We’re partnering with a well-established financial services organisation that is building out its Finance Systems & Data capability. They're now looking for a Finance Data Reporting Manager to lead a team focused on delivering timely, accurate, and governed reporting to support strategic finance decision-making.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned finance data professional with leadership experience who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and working across teams to deliver impactful reporting.

What you'll be doing:

• Own delivery of all key reporting outputs across finance (scheduled and ad-hoc)
• Lead and coach a team of four, setting clear priorities and supporting development
• Oversee validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance frameworks
• Act as a primary contact for Finance and Technology stakeholders
• Manage the introduction and integration of new data sources and reporting tools
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and self-service reporting enablement

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years' experience in finance, data reporting, or analytics roles
• Proven track record in managing reporting processes and leading teams
• Advanced proficiency with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent tools
• Strong knowledge of data governance, control frameworks, and structured reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred but not essential
