Job Description

Insight Global are seeking a Manager, Key Accounts to join a global safety technology organisation focused on delivering innovative solutions across industrial environments.



The Manager, Key Accounts will lead a small team of Client Success Managers while also owning a portfolio of key client accounts. This role is instrumental in driving customer retention, subscription renewals, and revenue growth through strategic account development. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with hands-on account management, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring clients maximise the value of the organisation’s products and services
